Ferret

The Ferret is a domesticated form of the European polecat. They typically have brown, white or mixed fur. Their average length is about 20 inches including a 5 inch tail and weighs about 2 to 4 pounds. They have a natural lifespan of 7 to 10 years. In some parts of the world, they are used to hunt rabbits.
